Originating from the L'Anse Reservation in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, LSCDC operates as a non-profit corporation with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
We specialize in facilitating homeownership by offering the USDA Rural Development 502 Relending Demonstration and conventional loans funded by the CDFI Fund. Additionally, we are proud members of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI), reinforcing our commitment to providing robust financial solutions to our community.
